About silence, remembrance and the power of narratives. A STRETCH OF LAND, based upon hundreds of drawings, tells about a German family’s fate between the end of WW II and the Fall of the Berlin Wall. Juliane Ebner’s film is inspired by her biography and not focused on official history but on individual perception.
